I saw this girl on Glamour Models Gone Bad, but who is she?

Until the file shows up, it's the blond girl who is all wet in black panties and a white shirt. The file name as it was on the site is tgp_monique.jpg so I assume that her name is Monique, but I don't know anything else. Any links, pics, or info would be helpful. Thanks!
