THX for your insight guys, I suppose that she is a amateur and not a model for SCORE Group. JB tipped me off but was not enough at all to pinpoint her id. There is a possibility it was during Boobcruise 1998 but that's just spitballin' the pic around with no indication of who she is whatsoever.

I'm just asking any1 out there if they have a membership or connection to the SCORE Group and can lay an id on this chick and the famous heineken proudly being held between her knockers so her id can be known to me and many others who share a similar concern.
