Correction, Jane Mansfield WAS NOT decapitated. Part of her scalp was torn off but her head was still attached, hence not a decapitation.

Some of the tattoes are real. The spider web on the back of her neck is her's (you can see in the CSI episode she was in a year of so before NCIS began) but the spider on web is added in makeup.
