Who is the best superhero?

I will have to go with Batman.....He's a crazy bastard, with no real superhuman strength or powers, yet finds a way to beat the bad guys whom do have powers!!!!??? Now if you want to compare him to say....Superman (an Alien), Spiderman (a Mutant), or punisher (a human who uses guns)...then I must say this...take away superman and spidermans powers, punishers guns, and batmans utility belt.....who would win a fight.....I believe it would be close between batman and punisher but batman would undoubtedly come out the victor! Any arguments?

i love the bat. hes all i ever wanted to be. cool, mysterious, smartest dude alive, can beat superman, and oh yeah the most important part. hes a nightcrawler. no pun intended xmen fans. a distant second: wolverine. love his attitude. almost as bad as batmans.

Batman isnt actually a superhero because he has no superpowers, you dont have to be a comic book geek to know that..but ill sat the best superhero has got to be Superman, because he's the only one born with the powers

I believe that he was born with superpowers but, on Krypton, everybody has the same power so it's no big deal. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.
