Take your phone and plug it into a USB port on your desktop computer. Then using the VLC Player, start playing the video, click on the drop down box in the VLC Player for "video" and take a snapshot of the image. It will be a bitmap or .png image. Probably too large for the board. Use Microsoft Paint and re-save the image as a .jpeg. Attach that image here.
