Our first time at a swinger party it was in the same small (conservative!) town where hubby worked as a newspaper reporter. We were so scared someone would recognize us. But as several people told us - if you run into someone you know...well, they're there for the same reason you are! Made us feel a LOT better!

I'm very interested in getting into the swinging culture, but I just don't know how to find others. My girlfriend and I have already agreed to an open relationship, and before we became a couple she's admitted to having participated in a much more open sexual lifestyle than we currently have (though there's no complaints on either side as it stands currently). I live in a very conservative area but I'm sure there's got to be someone nearby that's interested. I just don't know how to find them.

I've been a member of some of those sites like AdultFriendFinder, and found that 90% of the users are fat, overweight, middle-aged men, any women on the site seem to be only interested in teasing, the couples who are "open to anything" don't live anywhere near me, and the only way to do anything on these "free" sites is to pay for premium memberships.

Aside from that, both my girlfriend and I are voyeurs, and I'm interested in nudism and nude artwork. I love nothing more than to draw the naked form and would love to find people willing to model for me.

Conservative area or not, I'll be there are clubs around. Just about every decent-sized town in America (and elsewhere) now seems to have one or more swinger clubs..and yeah, AFF tends to be a lot of BS but we've found swinging to kind of be like dating as couples - you may not find someone you're interested in on the first try, but keep at it and there's bound to be some fun! ;-)
