Vanessa Delrio, from what I remember, has a rather long clitoris.

The size of her clit changed quite a bit over the years. In her early movies it wasn't nearly as big as it was in the later ones. She hadn't gotten into body building/weightlifting yet, so I don't think it was steroids. But I don't know. Pretty dramatic change in size though.
