I thought Prof Volup (sic?) did a great job in breaking this down a year or two back. He had some sort of waist/hips ratio worked out that I thought made a lot of sense. A girl with a 25 inch waist and 38 inch hips is going to appear to have a bigger butt than a girl with a 30 inch waist and 40 inch hips.
