I am actually asking this question because I am truly having trouble figuring this out.
I'm not asking for theories but an answer to the question if anybody knows.
In trying to find out the answer I have found very little information or vague or conflicting info.
I was watching Michael Rivero on yootube mainly because he talks about current events that aren't covered much by the mm. He spoke about a company called Voter News Service that counts the votes. He also said they change their name frequently.
He speaks about it here at 19:15 in. This will help understand my question better. I'm not trying to plug him to anybody.
What he says it that Voter News service is owned by the big media companies and that they count the votes for the Presidential Election with no oversight at all.
So I looked up VNS and found this first.

Sure enough according to WikiP they used to count the votes for the PREZ and they are owned by:
ABC ( Parent- Disney. Boss -Ben Sherwood, Bob Iger)
CBC ( Parent- National Amusements. Boss- Sumner Murray Rothstein )
NBC (Parent- Comcast. Bosses- Brian L. Roberts, David L. Cohen)
CNN ( Parent- Time Warner. Boss- Jeff Bewkes)
Fox ( Parent- 20th Century Fox. Boss- R Murdoch)
NY Times ( Boss- Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr.)
Washington Post ( Bosses- Martin Baron, Jeff Bezos)
Assosiated Press (Owned by 1,400 newspapers? I've read it was owned by the Rothschilds).
The WikiP article says VNS disbanded in 2003 but from what I can see they may have just changed names like Rivero said.
I've come across these names also:
Global Election Systems, Diebold Election Systems, Premier Election Systems, Dominion Voting Systems, and Election Systems & Software.
It's all confusing. I think it's intentionally confusing.
But if these companies are all related and VNS or whatever they call it now counts the votes I find it very disturbing that the Worlds biggest media owners (which reads like a guest list to a Bar Mitsvah) have free reign to tally the votes for PREZ with no oversight at all.
Its bad enough they control our information but if they control our elections also, wow, I'm stunned.
Maybe Stalin was right. Its not the voters who count but the ones who count the votes.
Anyway, can anyone make sense of this who counts the votes question?
