I get paid by book hours. Meaning that if a water pump for a Cummins ISC pays four hours and I do it in two, I get 4 hours of pay.
I usually "book" 60 hours a week, but I am only clocked for 30-35. I have to be clocked in for 30 hours and I have form 8:00am-11:00pm Mon-Sat to be there.
