As I'm sure you're well aware there are several women in "the industry" that frequent this board... they no doubt would have more insight on what I'm about to say, but I will answer as I believe things are and if they correct me then of course I will yield to their superior knowledge of the subject.
From what I've seen, there are two paths women take towards becoming hardcore performers. One is direct (they're hardcore from Day 1), and the other is indirect (they start off doing softcore, then slowly do more and more until they do hardcore). Some do softcore and never end up doing hardcore. Why? I'd guess personal choice is the main reason, but from what I understand income plays a huge role as well. What I mean is, some women (a select few) make so much money doing softcore that they become quite wealthy and the lure of doing hardcore (where the big money really is) is not so tempting that they alter their careers. I had a discussion similar to this with the good Reverend regarding Linsey Dawn Mckenzie. A friend of mine was certain that she was planning on doing hardcore. When I asked Rev Ebb about this, he replied that Linsey was quite a wealthy woman and that there was no "need" for her to do hardcore. I would say you could apply this fact to many of these softcore models you are asking about, like Aria G, Veronica Z, Nikki N, etc., etc. If they've been working this long and have stuck to softcore, there's no reason to believe they'll ever change.
In other words, don't hold your breath!
P.S. My appologies for my lengthy reply, must be something in the air!
