We use stones and pounds in the uk, so it's just taken me ages to work it out but i'm about 168 pounds.

Well we use kilograms too, but if you're old fashioned like me then you use stones and pounds, so i'm about 12 stone which translates into about 77 kilograms i think.

ok..

the list I made for people who dont understand "pounds etc", is it correct?

You should use google to work out stuff like that out. Just type what you want to convert into what and it uses the power of the pixies to work it out. For example:

If you type either "11 stone in pounds", "11 stone in lbs" or "eleven stone in lbs" it will tell you this equals 154 pounds. Magic!

You can do loads of different measurements like "5 foot 10 inches in hands" will tell you I am 17.5 hands tall... that would make me a big horse :D

What's with all these polls, anyway?

If it makes you feel better, I'll answer them, but all in one posting: :D

Hair: light brown
Eyes: light brown, tho the ladies prefer to say "hazel"
Height: 5'10
Weight: 185 lbs
Skin: white

Did I miss any?

And in case you have any of the following poll questions in the future,

Bodyfat: ~12%, used to be under 5, but I've let myself go in the last couple years
Cardio: took a national test 5 years ago (with a friend for fun), was in top 1% of the nation, but again I've let myself go.... can still run my fav cross-country field (6.5 miles) in 30 min.
Bench: used to do 200 lbs, but haven't lifted weights in some time, I'd be pretty pathetic now
40 yard dash time: ??????

Are we satisfied now mate?

Sorry, meant to say 6.5 km .... I still like to use that measurement. Rest was correct however.

Ahh yes the joys of getting rid of the metric system for us lazy Americans. BTW I weigh 154lbs.

Ill answer like Parker did:

hair: black
eyes: dark brown
height: 6' or 6'1
weight: 170+
skin: dark brown
bodyfat: dont know but its probably damn low
cardio: dont know but i can run a mile in about 6:20 or 6:30 (parker is fast)
bench: 225 in college
40 time: lil less then 4.5 in college freshman year, avg about 4.48

unfortunately im kinda outta shape right now... i dont work out that much anymore, i jog sometimes. i got lazy and achilles tendinitis. but my metabolism went up, i used to be 190 in college.

I love this google tool. Try outragious stuff like:

1 barn megaParsec in teaspoons. A barn is 1E-24 square centimeters, it is used for measuring cross sectional area of atomic nuclei. A parsec is a unit of distance used by astronomers, it is about 1.9E13 miles. So imagine a very narow, long cylinder. The answer is barn megaParsec = 0.626035569 US teaspoons

also, as a joke ask google: the answer to life the universe and everything. It might come up with a deep thought ;)

Much thanks. :hatsoff:

Over the years I've met a few hardcore runners who've said the exact opposite, not because they were faster, but because they only ran on paved surfaces. Running on uneven terrain, with hills, trees, sand, water (haven't done any bogs in years however ;)), makes a huge difference in speed, and I'm amazed at how many people don't get that until I point it out to them.
