Contacts aside, I'm not sure there is any such thing as "black" eyes. Though that chick in the Black Eyed Peas is hot. Unless someone gets punched in the eye. Or, I think there are rare cases of this in some Asians.

My girl friend is Russian and she has black eyes,
and pretty damn close to totally black.
