does someone have a piture or a link, because first one is dead.

Age of consent in Belgium changed to 14 (if the person she or he is doing it with is'n 18 yet), in all other cases it's 16.
(i think)

 This is just too much guys. I mean these threads are supposed to be about hot women (over 18), and us commenting on them. NOT posting up sites of underage girls, and discussing the moral and judicial relevance of the law. Jesus christ guys, some of you need to think outside your pants and stop rationaling child exploitation...ok, thats my daily rant ;)

I debate the "moral and judicial relevance of the law" ever day. I find debate to be healthier and more productive than blind acceptance. :2 cents:

That's all well and good parker, but your faulty logic is getting the best of you. You cannot without some ridiculous ad hoc argument tell me that exploiting young girls is morally acceptable. I agree with you that blind acceptance isn't right, but I dont see the connection between that and the discussion, unless you imply to want to defend child pornography

I'm not going to defend child pornography but it raises an interesting question! The Age of Consent is different everywhere you go so who's right about what the age of consent should be? Should it be 16 like it is in certain parts of the world or should it be 18 like it is in the U.S.? I live in the U.S. so I'm a believer in the fact that it should be 18 but thats just what I was raised to belive! :2 cents:

I merely point out that any law should be open to debate. The original link provided here was from the UK, where said 16 year old's website is perfectly legal. I'm not looking to change the "18 law," in fact I kinda agree with it, but I'm also flexible enough to conceed that 18 is an arbitary number that just happens to be suitable in the here and now. It was not so long ago (a century or so ;)) that it was perfectly normal for girls to get married at 13. Using your logic all of the men who married them must have been child molestors.

I see the law as being a reflection of culture and, since there is no such thing as as "absolute culture," there is no such thing as an "absolute law."

There is absolutely nothing wrong in what Cherry Dee is doing, it is perfectly legal in the UK to pose topless at 17. It has been the norm for years. Models such as Martina Warren, Linsey Dawn McKenzie, Samantha Fox, Gail McKenna and Natalie Jay had all done the same that Cherry Dee has done at that age. I find it rather hypocritical that men can find legal pictures of an 18 year old acceptable, but not legal pictures of a girl one year younger (and remember it's not full frontal nudity).

If anyone from North America or wherever else doesn't like it well they can look elsewhere and stop their moaning, it's a British site and it is complient to the law of it's land.

sorry buddy but your not even close. its 18 everywhere i dont know where that site got its info. i live in georgia and its 18 just like everywhere else but it says its 16 here. bullshit.

Sorry to bust your bubble, Mr. Bojangles, but the United States Age Of CONSENT does, in fact, vary state by state. Something that I think is wrong... but I'm not about to engage in a moral debate here.

Here's the link:

http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm

However, the United States Age Of MAJORITY (the right to vote, etc.) is 18 in ALL states.

Here's the link:

http://www.nps.gov/malu/documents/amend26.htm

There is a HUGE difference between the two in the eyes of our goverment... which, as I stated previously, is something I completely disagree with in principle. It is also known as the 26th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

This is simple: Don't touch ANYONE in a sexual manner who is under the age of 18 and you're just fine. That's it. End of discussion. Adults should have sex with adults. Period. :hatsoff:

I heard that the age of consent in Ghana and a few other African countries is 13, that just seems wrong really.

There is something wrong here... No one has mentioned this girl's education. I saw some parent comments...

Where does her studying and graduating from High School fit in with all this talk about sex? I for one knew a lot of girls in High School who were sexually active... And granted... SOME of them did continue to graduate... MOST of them didn't.

I think the limit of 18 is set for reasons other than maturity physically.

One could also look at it the other way too... Now she might have a source of income for college. (Even with the site being free she may get ads or something.)

I dont see a problem with someone my age (18) dating a 15 year old if you have similar tastes and she's mature (even though i am not)

A 15 year old shouldn't be worrying herself about sex. An 18 year old can worry about whatever he/she wants.

If she is mature enough or not isn't the issue to me. Its that she has other responsibilities and doesn't need a grown man giving her other responsibilities (Such as sex or children.)

My little sister has had two children and she is due for a third in January. She is 21 years old and still sucks life from my father.

Yeah, a lot of the same thing went on in my high school....even my brother's wife but let's not talk about that...
