Hmmmm could be.
I too am not likeing the "new" Jenna. I saw her last month at the Exxxotica Miami Beach show and she just did not look good at all. I definitly liked the old Jenna better. I just dont understand why she had work done to her face. I did not think she was a bad looking girl. She just needs to gain the weight back and then MAYBE she will look good again.

I don't think this can be anything but assumption on anyone's part. Many people lose weight because of other reasons. Even developing diabetes can cause extreme unexplained weight loss. It doesn't have to always be drugs. Why do people always assume the worst? Bad timing on the enhancement I think was one big factor. She picked the wrong time (being in the process of losing all that weight) to have the work done. Or perhaps it was done before the weight loss, magnifying the visual of the changes done. I haven't seen a timeline of anything. :dunno: Divorce makes one question all their own faults, maybe she attempted it to feel better about herself. Feeling a false sense of failure can make a person do many odd things. Even if it is drugs or illness or whatever, whats accomplished by dogging her?

Like her or not, I don't feel everyone slamming her serves any purpose at all. Hell, if she met you she may not like you either. At least though she would have made the assessment after meeting you. Not from a bunch of gossip or the fact you don't take it up the ass. IMHO only of course.

By no means was i tring to slam her in any way. I just was saying like everyone else that her new look was not very appealing to me. I think she has done great things for the business and is an icon in her own right. I would just like it if she got back to how she used to look or as close to it as possible. She is just way too skinny and it is not a healthy look.

I think its fucking dumb that she had surgery on her face! Her face was perfect, there was absolutely not point for a surgery! Now because of this she REALLY doesnt look as good as before!

Now that she's gone Hollywood, and is surrounded by real models, real actresses, tall women, naturally thin women... like so many others in the entertainment industry, she looks overwhelmed to me. Fame and wealth don't make insecurities go away.

that addiction to plastic surgery, good point. that seems to happen all the time. i suppose if you had the money and u were in a vanity invloved profession it would be quite simple to see or makeup an imperfection to get fixed.

However, you and LL seem to be missing the point, she is a freaking porn star, not Mother Teresa, not Pricess Diana, not Susan Sarandon, I mean come on, her whole existence the last 20 years was, and is, dependent on how well she can blow and screw. Nothing more, nothing less. IMHO, if one chooses to take this career path and be in the public eye, they open themselves to a vast amount of unsubstantiated critiquing and gossip, and lets face it, drugs and the world of porn pretty much go hand-in-hand, hell, its half the reason most of these otherwise smart young ladies end up in this business in the first place.

I missed no point and I'm not disputing yours. You seem to have missed mine though. It doesn't matter to me what she has done for the last twenty years. She is a human being and yes like all in the public eye have opened themselves to gossip and ridicule. Do you know for a fact that all she has done is blow and screw? Do you know of her donations or helping her family or any other thing she has done besides what you see on film?

If you or any others want to assume that's all she contributes to this world no more no less as you phrased it, I can't and won't try to stop you from your opinions. I will state mine though and they stand as I said. I don't know her and won't judge her. These are just people that happen to earn a living in a different way. They love, they hate, they laugh and they hurt. They have up days and down days, financial problems and get messy divorces. Many are wives/husbands, mothers/fathers and certainly all are daughters/sons. Not at all unlike the rest of us. Sorry, I just can't be that way.

Good points. The media being what it is these days, an individual has to recognize that fame goes hand in hand with criticism, gossip, and all the other nasty stuff. You have to let it roll off your back, or eventually you will have a breakdown, end up in rehab, or worse.

As far as I know, the media has always been the same or so similar that it makes little difference (at least the last 15-20 years... before that I was hardly interested in it, unless it was about cartoons).

The sad thing is that we, the viewers/readers use it as our only source of information regarding the stars and thus automatically assume things that might not (or in some cases, might) be true. Our own common sense is sadly often ignored... (a good example is a guy cremating his dog on the BBQ because he read in world news that it was possible... )

Humans have always been like that however, so I doubt it's going to change any time soon.
