There's more to this. Project Ten filed approximately twenty-five lawsuits. One was against CCBill LLC. Yes the payment processor.The other was against to a webhosting service called Cavecreek Wholesale Internet Exchange or CWIE LLC

Parts of the lawsuit were affirmed. Other parts were rejected. Others were remanded back to the lower court by the Ninth Circuit Court. This was dealing with the DMCA.

I don't have the familiarity with this that you do, but have there been implications with bitcoin & other crypto-currencies (& those who process those)? That seems like the most relevant fallout from this case.

Since mid 2020, I've only seen one website dedicated to camgirl/model Ana Lorde using bitcoin as the main crypto-currency to pay for some of her nude 8 x10 photos, some of her videos where she strips naked and her archived cam shows that she does solo and more vids that she had done with a male partner. I've lost track of its name since Visa or MasterCard weren't accepted as a mode of payment.

I still have to look at the case, but these safe harbor provisions are pretty interesting.

This site, especially now that it's getting into the premium game, might want to take note as well. From what I've seen, all the sites that FO deals with are legit, but you never know when a bad apple might sneak in there.
