I thought of this movie in reverse when I read the thread title. Apparently they need 30 years to extract a life or all that matters from a life. I always wonder and think I would do ok in prison with reading material.

The violence is a problem and taking a crap in a cell with a cell mate nearby. The mutual gassing of each other each day would be a bitch.
