Luckily, I always take reading material to the bathroom. So if Mr Spider showed up, then Mr Rolled Up Magazine would attend to the business of spider demolition. I would then continue with my dump and wipe as normal.

1. Place palm on underside of roll, 180º from arachnid.
2. Spin roll backwards toward wall violently.
3. Arachnid flies off from centrifugal force and collides with wall; likely winds up somewhat stunned and falls to floor.
4. Kick spider to farthest corner of bathroom.
5. Resume bowel movement and cleanup as normal.
