I wouldn't do anything. This woman doesn't know me. I may have seen her having sex a dozen times but I am a stranger. Following her is just stalking. Even rolling down your window and saying "HI" is too much.

I don't think speaking is going too far. To me it's like any other celebrity. I've seen Kweisi Mfume, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, Tom Clancy and lots of athletes, mostly Baltimore Orioles players, around town before, and I've said hello in most cases. I wouldn't bother them if they were having dinner or something, but saying "hello" when walking by them on the street (or in this case, at a red light) isn't going too far.
