Obese people who fill their shopping cart with steaks, ice cream, potato chips, ho hos, candy, frozen pizzas & burritos, soda pop etc. and they have the nerve to pay with food stamps!

When I was a cart boy at Rainbow not long ago in high school, word was they travel from state to state in the Midwest here, from Chicago to Milwaukee to Minneapolis and collect in all those areas. Utterly shameless.

But not to detract from your "pisstivity" as there is a legitimate scam somewhere but since it's very unlikely that someone is going to buy an Escalade off of welfare...what's likely the case is some clown sold the food stamps for some fraction of their worth to have cash to buy even worse stuff than ding dongs and ho hos.
They're drug dealers. I can drive by the projects over here and see nice cars all over the place.

Bugged me too until I grew up too the reality of where ever there's a dollar to be had there's a scam to get it.
If I got pissed off for the relatively paltry amounts being scammed by leeches in waste fraud and abuse on welfare..I would be perpetually nauseous over the billions being scammed in other places I know of.
Parking meter officers who have quotas (like in my city). Talk about unethical. They go around trying to give people tickets, the pricks.
