The story: Surprisingly (at least to her and her child), that delicious breadspread (Once more, a devilish treat from old Europe) is not making her kid slim and trim, but rather has caused it to develop body fat, quote from the article:

On topic though -

In the UK they advertise Nutella on toast as a breakfast for kids, alledging starting their day this way is healthy. I would never have Nutella for breakfast, nor would I give it to kids for breakfast. How much did she give her kid to cause significant weight gain?
