Some of the worst ones have already been mentioned but I have also found some of the forums at ESPN's web site to be bad, or at least a long time ago when I still occasionally visited them.

A lot of comments after certain Yahoo.com news articles when they have them are also bad. It seems most of the time they have douchebags that has no common sense and critical thinking skills with very low intelligence making some comment to be a jerk or other times where comments will be racist, often even while the subject they are commenting on wouldn't really even lend itself to that. A great many of the times they have both.
