It is the only country where the right to be arms is permitted, it is also the one that encourages and rewards the ones who bust their asses the most, it also the one who respect its military veterans the most. It is also a country which has implemented strong patriotism and where all is possible. Also no socialism is possible in the US unlike Europe which is fucked up and ruined to the core. They're not. The poor are treated more than the middle class and it is federal law that anyone that goes to an emergency room must be treated regardless of their ability to pay.. Moreover, states offer funds to help the truly indigent.

There is not much difference in the rate of death with the poor or middle class. One factor, is that a lot of people with healthcare don't utilize it because they fear going to the doctor.
