Frisian (second language in the Netherlands), Dutch, English
That's very good - is Frisian your native language? It is one I would like to know something about or to learn!
I am very interested in learning and studying languages, so I am very glad to have discovored this very old thread!
Unfortunately, all of them I learn I do as an autodidact, so I am far from speaking perfectly.
Besides my native Czech I speak English (you can judge how much I twist it), Portuguese (a little bit worse than English - due to lack of practise), Spanish (a little), Slovene (a little), Danish (very broken), German (very broken). I've also been studying Classical Greek and am about to learn Mongolian. Besides it I understand a little Russian, Bulgarian, Croatian, very little Italian and Catalan.
Well, if anyone feel like talking about languages, he/she will be really welcome to me!

As I registered in another thread, your mother is from Bremen, isn't she? I am therefore curious whether you also speak the Bremen dialect, besides standard German and if you do, could you tell me something about typical features of that dialect? I think it is a Low German dialect, which is very different from the Standard, isn't it?

So vehl anners is dat nich, is´n löt wie English, nich vehl leut snaken platt, just de mesten brabbeln Hochdeutsch, de oldern leut, de kan dat.

Translation : Is not very different, and is nearer to English, not much people speak this dialect, must people uses normal German, the older one knows this dialect better.
