Everybody has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) to some degree.
I was wondering what little things you guys just have to do.
You know what I'm talking about...
Those little habits.
I'll Start it off.....
I always keep things in even numbers...
Example: When im in the car with my girlfriend, She will turn the radio volume (tv etc...) up to 25. Then she starts to giggle because she knows, I will have to turn it up to 26, or down to 24
Also when I workout or run... I always do an even number of sets and reps... And run and even number of miles.
I am actually getting ready to go for a run... but I will post some of my other little quirks later.
