2000 per second at $24.95 per month. It's normally $54.95 per month on Roadrunner cable access, but I talked the sales guy into giving me a deal. lmao  :nanner:
One other issue in this is data transfer amounts. A friend of mine can only upload and download certain amounts. Some countries/internet service providers differ in all of this, as 9inch just mentioned. My upload and download amounts, thank God, are unlimited. My friend in Moscow gets 2 gigs per month to download (that's not just file transfers on MSN or whatever, but sheer download of all pages, emails - EVERYTHING). If she exceeds that, she's charged more, but her upload amount is unlimited - weird. :crash:
