There is an old, vintage/classic film, the exact details of which I no longer know, only fragmentary memories remain. The film was definitely made before 2000, and it could even be before 1990, I don't remember.
That's why I would classify it in the vintage/classic category.
The film is based around a female protagonist who is relatively new to the "profession" and the setting is a brothel. The lady has extraordinary physical attributes.
The female protagonist is initiated into the mysteries of this world, but in order to practice her profession, she is subjected to a gynecological examination. There are several female characters who guide the protagonist with various advice and professional secrets.
As the film progresses, the medical examination returns again and again to see if everything is okay.
The main character is a laywoman in her profession at first, but as we move forward, she becomes more and more daring and brave.
I don't know the end of the film.
What might help, although my memory may be wrong, is that the real name of the main character (not the one in the film) is probably Italian.
I've been looking for the name of this film for a while now, but I haven't found it yet.
