Goodness me. A 7-year-old tweet and still nobody knows the answer.

Whilst there are a couple of extra pics there which is good, they aren't actually that helpful because you can't see her face. The pic you already posted is actually the best of the bunch.

Your best bet might be to try messaging her on Twitter. Make sure to translate it into her native Russian to stand the best chance.

Did you message her within the last few hours?

Interestingly, it seems that tweet is no longer visible... so she must've seen it but doesn't want to divulge that info.

Maybe it is an indication that it was no accident that you couldn't see her face properly.

So, you should probably respect that the identity of that person wants to be kept private.

Unless someone happens to recognize her, then I guess that's the only way you'd ever find out.

I am assuming she's not someone well-known, not only because of this but because of the fact it's been a question mark for several years now.
