I've watched several movies lately since I have lots of spare time:
Twelve Monkeys -- These kind of movies appeal to me and I like Brad Pitt. It wasn't anything special, but definitely worthwhile if you enjoy the themes.
The Prophecy -- In every way a horrible movie, without any kind of charming B-qualities. Avoid this film and do something more constructive instead like chewing cyanide.
Tropa de Elite -- Anyone who enjoys violent, realistic dramas a la
City of God, don't hesitate seeing this. I liked it a lot.
Transsiberian -- This is definitely not a bad movie, but I thought it lacked any real edge and wouldn't recommend it unless you absolutely need something to watch and has seen everything else.
Red Dawn -- If the plot appears interesting and you don't mind a little aged movies (in terms of quality), see this. Otherwise don't because it
will bore you.
The Darjeeling Limited -- Wes Anderson's movies are kind of special, and this one I liked a lot. Though I am biased, the acting is very good. You will know after 10 minutes if you like it or not.
Not all of them good obviously, but I will post every now and then when I have seen a bunch of films.
