It is a completely different type of movie than Cloverfield although still set in the same Universe so to speak.
They should have changed the title though, it is a major spoiler, the end would have been so much more surprising if you don't know it related to Cloverfield.
Damn! I don't think I've seen those ones before, or heard of it either. (I had to Google it lol) Looks a little weird but sounds like a good show. Is it worth tracking down Dino? Is there plenty of good action?
Some great gore with pretty naked young girls getting chopped up with a butcher knife and dismembered with a chainsaw. The Grindhouse Blu-ray is definitely worth getting.
The Godfather Saga currently running on the HBO channels. It's Godfather and Godfather II arranged chronologically with additional scenes coming in at over 7 hours. You might want to take a break or two watching it but it's well worth seeing in a single day/weekend.
Batman vs Superman --- this one was much better than I thought, and much better than Man of Steel.
Fury --- this was a snorefest and just one of the worst WWII-era films I've seen. Don't bother even watching this one on Netflix. Fap to Brooke Wylde instead.
The Kingsman -- much better than I thought. Not a 4 star film, or a great satire on Bond films, but there's enough here to recommend.
yes, there was some hokiness, but it's Star Wars and I think it's recaptured the magic of the first three films.
I think they nailed it with the casting, especially with Ridley. She's awesome as Rey.
The movie was so much a nod and what amounted to a retelling of the first movie (episode 4) but I didn't mind. There was definitely some "hell yeah" moments like the Millennium Falcon reveal right after Rey says "that one's garbage!"
