John Carpenter's Halloween, it's a cut above the rest.
Halloween 2(1981) This and H20 are the only worthy sequels in my book.
Halloween 20 Years Later.
Ju-On: The Curse.
The Descent. Good, but predictable.
Trick 'r Treat, I rate it almost as good as Halloween(1978)

Halloween definitely is in a class by itself and Trick R' Treat was excellent. Love Japanese horror.

It's kinda funny that a movie with a budget of 325k is better than a movie with a budget of 15m.

Never knew what Halloween's budget was but it's one of THE best horror movies ever and the music sets the tone too.
