The Fog. Stupid, but entertaining.
I watched Gangster Squad on Sunday with my favourite escort. Apparently going to the cinema together is something else we do now on top of me paying her for sex. The company was good as was the Cadbury Crunchie ice cream milkshake she bought me.
The film is very good if you like mindless overblown Hollywood action and gunfire which I do. It's not particularly clever, it won't win any Academy Awards, but it's a very enjoyable cockporn (cough) I mean popcorn flick.

Rescue from Gilligan's Island, I was always curious how they got off the island but now I know.
That film wasn't appealing to me because it's whole concept is basically from The Untouchables.

The 1997 Blade Runner PC video game was supposed to be very good, but I never played it.

The 1999 TV series "Total Recall 2070" was based on the Total Recall 1990 movie, but it looked more like it was based on Blade Runner.
It only lasted for 1 season of 22 episodes, I watched all the episodes about 10 years ago when it was rerun on TV, it was very good.

I watched this yesterday ZOMG!
It's a fantastic film, it really is. There are scenes where nothing is happening like Deckard is just staring out the window, and the way it's filmed and the score just blows me away more than the best "things happening" scenes in most films of the last 30 years.

Wow, that was a surprise! Admittedly, I didn't expect much to begin with, but hell did I have fun watching this. Sometimes, a simpleton like me just needs a movie exactly like this. Minimalistic storyline, cool quotes, superb action, lots of bullets and dead bodies and... a super sexy judge (Olivia Thirlby) to top that all off. Oh, and Karl Urban makes Stallone look like the choir boy version of Judge Dredd.
