Episode 50 (again for the second time).
It was a good little movie in it's own way. Kind of a haunted building/reality show type venture. Three different crews with their own agenda decend upon what is supposed to be the most haunted building in America. They wire up cameras all over the shop and then go about their investigations into the supernatural. AND to my delight there is a Scottish guy among one of the crews. And he doesn't do the usual ignorant Hollywood antic of making those not American put on an American accent. Nope. He uses his Scottish accent the whole movie it sticks out so it does through it being a rare thing we hear in movies. Yes indeed. I'd like to hear more Scottish actors use their own accent in Hollywood movies. It makes a change from the normal route most movie makers choose to go. I gave this movie to my uncle yesterday and phoned him today to see what he thought of it. He said he wasn't that keen on it, no fucking wonder he wasn't that keen on it. The daft kont watched it about 12:30pm for fucksake!. Such a movie as this, as I told him, NEEDS to be watched at night or when it starts to get dark. Not at midfuckingday!. The feckin eejit!. He ruined any and all chance of creating an atmosphere when watching it in the daytime. You just DO NOT watch Haunted House/Ghost movies, Zombie movies, Vampire movies, or any other kind of horror movie during daylight hours. I honestly don't know what he was thinking in doing so.
