What is the latest good film you watched ?

Watched an Australian revenge movie called The Horseman. It's about a guy who lost to his daughter to a drug OD after she ran off and did a porno movie. He vows to kill everybody involved.

It was worth a rent, but not exactly great. He uses a full tool box and a pocket knife to kill and torture. There was some pretty brutal fight scenes, but the tortures and kills were all implied.

If you're a Yank, I recommend enabling subtitles. The dialog levels are too low compared to the score. Plus the Aussie accents tend to be hard to head when the character mumbles.

Great little movie right up untill the end. Then it fell flat on it's arse.

I agree. Network is a very good movie. I've watched it a few times and it's always captivating. My favorite line from that movie is when William Holden's character tells Faye Dunaway's character, "There's nothing in you I can live with anymore."

The last great movie I saw would have to be Fargo, you betcha. Go bears!
