Species the Awakening with Helen Mattsen, I thought the film were really good.

My problem with it was that it wasn't a kids film! The book was great I remember reading it as a kid. But it seemed pointless to take a kids book & turn it into a film for an older audience. Poor Roald Dahl.Fantastic Mr. Fox!
Soooo good, really beautifully created too! It comes off as a children's movie but I don't think most kids would really get the dialogue. The George Clooney and Meryl Streep dialogues as Mr. and Mrs. Fox are quirky but a little too sophisticated for a six-year-old's brain.
Rented Star Trek last night... AWESOME! :bowdown:

journey to the center of the earth in 3D blue ray last night on my 40 inch new tv. i also saw saw6 and parnormal activity were let downs near halloween this year.
Oddly enough, I also just got a new television set for myself on Black Friday, at an Aron's Rest-to-Own sale. It's also 40" and is a solid LCD.
Just bought some Blu-Rays: Monster Squad (1987) and Night of the Comet (1986), both Fred Deckard films for all of us who know.
