High Plains Drifter was on TV last night, I must have been a kid when I last saw it, I hardly remember any of it. The red town at the end of the film is so awesome.

last night I saw Zack & Miri Make A Porno
First half was great comedy, very funny. Second half, cheesy and sentimental, but some funny moments still thrown around. Overall, not a bad film.

did you watch this yet? I wouldn't say that it was a great movie, but it was good. Of course, that is if you appreciate cinematography more than special effects explosions. the acting isn't really anything to write home about and it could have used a little editing, but well done and better than 90% of stuff you'll see in theaters. but of course that isn't saying a whole lot.

How was this compared to the theatrical cut? I have been wanted to see it for some time. I'm not sure about what's up with ridley scott, since apparently he seems to think that the theater cuts of his films are all shit; I'd give him the same advice I said for the above film, making a movie 4 hours long doesn't necessarily mean that it will be better, you have to know what to let go of.

Far better than the theatrical cut.The extra 45 mins add more depth to the characters and Eva Green's character, Sibylla, has a whole additional storyline, which was completely cut from the original release.(The studio forced Ridley to cut the original film)
