Love is when you sacrifice things just to be with that special person or to make someone happy. Hobbies, health, whatever it may be.

What is love to me? Love is something that you can't choose. You can't force yourself to stop loving someone even after things go bad, it's always there forever lingering. Over time it subsides but it's impact lasts for a lifetime.

I've recently learned that two people that love each other more than anything else in the whole world don't always end up together, but through it all the love is still there. Nothing could ever make me stop loving my ex, she still loves me, we just don't work together. If the person you love is happy, then that is all that matters - even if you're not the one with them and vice versa.
