The starting minimum wage should be $25 per hour for all jobs. Then the salary is increased over time depending on how vital each employee is and how much value or revenue they make at the job they do.
That's a minimum of $50,000 per year, so everyone can have a decent life and have plenty of money to spend on useless shit, which will keep the economy growing.
It's that simple.
Greed is the only thing preventing a simple efficient system like this that would benefit everyone.
Maybe it will happen in 100,000 years when human evolution eliminates primitive emotions like greed and hate.

The main thing wrong with your plan is the fact as wages climb so will costs and as cost climb so will prices. Unless you have a non inflationary way to keep wags current without an improvement in productivity soon your $25 per hour will be the equivalent of todays $7.50 per hour with the expected result. Same place we are today just at a higher price point. That said I am in favor of everyone doing well and making a good living because it helps me. But just increasing the minimum wage to an extreme point will not change anything.

Taxes and other deductions would bring the $50,000 down to about $30,000.
People would have more money to spend, so companies could make more money without raising prices too much.
It may work in a more socialist democracy, but it would probably never work in a capitalist democracy.
