Many cases it's more likely for people who already have "issues" in their lifes to become addicted to porn, rather than porn being the original cause of them starting to have issues. Watching porn still can make their problems even worse or extend actual problem, when people compensate and tend to escape their real life issues to this easy and perfect porn pleasure fantasy world. Then there are other psychological issues and how body and brains reacts, get used and starts to adapt to certaing things over time, not forgetting let's call them genetics or whatever you want that makes some people more prone to addictions than others. I wonder how many similar cases can be found from actual porn girls themselves that keeps them in porn. You could say that the biggest porn fans tend to be people with the biggest problems...
