I'm not big on horror preferring the SciFiish Alien, predator etc or humor Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein but...
The natural one: Dracula/vampires have been done to "death" ahem. Although I don't think Underworld series has been done and you would look great in Kate Beckinsale's leather catsuit and there's a new movie coming out.
Witchcraft lends itself to carnal lust. Can't think of a particular movie to parody but you don't need one. Just remember there is no satanism in witchcraft!
The Mummy is also a natural and Universal has a Tom Cruise reboot coming out in June.
There's Cat People (1942 film) or anything with woman acting like cats.

One of the most scary horror films I saw when I was younger was "The Entity" - basically, demon haunts house, rails wife occasionally. I remember being particularly disturbed in a scene where Barbara Hershey (the wife) is levitated and assaulted, nude. They made an effect on her skin, making it looked groped and grabbed, by turning strong blasts of air on her, the same effect you see with parachutists faces - cool old school movie making. Anyway, that was some scary shit, and if you could make the same premise fun (Scary Movie sorta did it, with Tori Spelling), I'd rent it.
