I have never gone hunting or fishing.
I have never gone skiing and also have never been on a pair of ice skates.
I have never seen, even one episode, of any of the NBC "Must See TV" sitcoms such as Friends, Cheers, Frasier, or Seinfeld.
I used to hunt and fish. I stopped mainly because I was getting up very early everyday for work, and I got tired of getting up that early to go shoot at a bird, or drown a worm. But fresh caught Lake Erie Perch and Walleye, are way better than you'll ever buy at a seafood store, and wild turkey(the bird), and pheasant are really good. Same with rabbit and deer.
I've never skied either, water nor snow, but I used to be able to ice skate.
I've never gone white water rafting, but my wife has, several times. I've never bungee jumped, or skydived either, and never will. Heights don't really work for me. but my wife would jump out of a plane, she wouldn't bungee though.
I've only been on a roller coaster once, and that was enough, but my wife loves them. Of course my wife is terrified of motorcycles, and I'll hop on one of those, high as a kite, and do 100mph, with no fear.
