What Fast Food Joints Do You Wish Were Closer To Your House?

I live in the Westwood section of LA between UCLA and [NOBABE]Beverly Hills[/NOBABE]. There are many of my favorite fast food spots around here but I wish I also had a Popeye's, Arby's, and Wendy's closer to my house. I haven't had Arby's or Wendy's for a good while but I still get Popeye's but have to go to the disgusting corner of Hollywood Bl and Caheunga Bl to get it.

In N Out Burger and Shakey’s Pizza, they are about 2500 miles from me. You lucky dog.
Dino, go to Wendy’s and order the Baconator. Best of all the chain burgers IMO.

this thread is stupid. reported.

really? wish were closer?

can't take it anymore.

you people.

are fucking beneath me. there. I said it.

fuck you.

Rally's. They're all disappearing around here where I'm at.

None. The closer they are, the more temptation to not bother your arse cooking a meal and walk down to buy fast food junk.

McDonald's. I used to have a McDonald's close to my house back in the late 1990's but they were forced to move because they couldn't get a drive-thru (government regulations).

White Castle. Nearest one is Detroit almost 2hrs away :(

Sonic, Chick-Fil-A, and Cici's Pizza. Whenever I tell people I have never been to any of these places they look at me cross-eyed. There isn't a Cici's Pizza in my city. Always wanted to try their five dollar buffet but it's never gonna happen.

Yeah those are disappearing left and right around me too. There is one left but it's smack dab in the middle of the ghetto. Used to have one right up the street from me but it shut down years ago. I miss the smell of it driving by :yummie:

Ya, they would have more if they weren't a family owned business. A friend was interested in opening one up here in the city, called the company for more information and was told they don't do franchise. :(

Is that just Michigan or the whole brand? But funny story, down here was a guy that got hired on through a temp agency. The dummy didn't show up and never showed up on his second chance. Gave up a $27/hr job. Found later he went to another temp agency and was denied because put the other as history :1orglaugh

I'm not %100 but I would guess the entire company. :dunno:

Damn, what a moron. I'd shovel shit for $27 an hour.

I would like to try some of the West coast burger joints. I don't really know which ones, I assume "Jack in the Box", would be a good start.
