Okay so I was recently looking at some pics of a couple women's chests who had had **** a couple years ago and I must say there was a very big difference, their boobs almost hit their knees! Now, I love my boobs but after I have my 2 **** if they look saggy at all I am getting a breast lift. I told my friend this and she said "Oh well I'm not really a fan of fake boobs" So do you think that women who have breast lifts or even breast reductions for that matter should be considered to have 'fake boobs'?
