I went to a couple of football games.

St Mirren vs Hibs yesterday and Celtic vs Aberdeen today.

Saturday: Visited a friends new apartment, had dinner with two other friends,checked old photo albums and yearbooks from school.
Sunday: Wtched tv, cleaned out basement.

Friday I did some Arab band at the Herbst. Yesterday I did some meeting at Stanford, and some rapper, Chris Brown, or something like that, in Concord. Today I'm working for some band or another at the Fillmore.

Played forward for Celtic in a match against Aberdeen. Some asshole kept running out onto the field carrying a banner that said "I'm horny. I'll fuck anything."

Pulled some girl, she took me home, turns out she was 30 and married. Didn't do shit with me because of that fact. Kicked me out this morning.

Silver lining - At least I saved about £30 not having to get a taxi home. I call that winning.

Crossed into Mexico on foot for a long, nice, leisurely walk. And my head is still attached to my neck!! And because I walked instead of drove, I didn't even have to deal with corrupt traffic cops!!! And nobody even took a shot at me!!!

Spent the last half of the week and the weekend at a beautiful cottage overlooking Lake Michigan and sand dunes as far as the eye could see. Walked about 18 KM per day. Cooked overly elaborate meals, brought some of my best wine and scotch, and smoked quite a few cigars.

I recommend it.
