Out of all the cheeses in the world there are only a few that I probably wouldn't like. I eat it almost every day. If I had to pick a favorite I would go with a very sharp cheddar. I also like a strong Swiss, cottage cheese, and pepper jack. (but only the kind that has more than just a token amount of pepper in it) There is also a pepper american cheese I liked but can't find anymore.
