What are you reading now?

I'm reading a bunch of things on colored pencils. I figured I try to do things outside on normal pencil or ink for once.

I'm reading Turbulent Sea by Christine Feehan and Blood and Rage: A Cultural History of Terrorism by Michael Burleigh.

Batman vs. Two-Face. So much in fact that i have began carrying a half-dollar coin and letting that make my decisions for me.:batman::thumbsup:

I started reading my favorite book last night again, Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. I try to read it every year to regain perspective and focus about what is really important.

Just finished reading the Target novelization of the classic Doctor Who serial, The Invasion. I have to say, that's definitely one of my favorite Cyberman stories from classic Who. Now I should track down the episodes and compare those to the book (even though some of the episodes don't exist anymore).

Hesse is probably my favorite author, I have 12 books by him and always looking to find more. I like Steppenwolf just a little bit more than Siddhartha. journey to the east is pretty good too.

Chuck Palahniuk Definitely check his work out if you haven't read any of his books yet! This guy is amazing! He wrote the book Fight Club which was turned into the movie  and his latest book Snuff is disgustingly interesting from what I hear... I am yet to read this one!

If you're gonna check him out I suggest picking up Haunted first or Invisible Monsters Secondly I would go for Rant or Choke

But I will definitely be starting on Snuff tonight!!! ***PAYDAY***:banger::yesyes:

'Flood' by Stephen Baxter, science fiction/eco-thriller set in 2016. The world's climate has completely transformed, and civilisation struggles to cope with the seemingly perpetual rain threatening to drown most of the world. Finding it quite enjoyable so far.

Journey to the End of the Night by Louis-Ferdinand Celine: Believe the hype this book is excellent.

Nausea by Jean-Paul Sartre Existence is completely absurd :D

Went on a bit of a French vibe whilst I was away.

Awesome! I've been meaning to read some more of Celine's work. Unfortunately he has a bad rep because he supposedly was a Nazi sympathizer which is disappointing...
