Okay I'll help you out:

1) (youtube)(/youtube) Type this out using square brackets instead of rounded ones.

2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xdMEm9i66g Copy the highlighted section of the web address.

3) (youtube)3xdMEm9i66g(/youtube) You'd use square brackets of course, but this is just for the sake of the example. Paste the part you've already copied in between then two and hit post.
