Awesome! But it's best heard from start to finish instead of select songs.
Actually, I refused to listen to any leaked songs, or the El Dorado single.
I didn't want to hear ANY of it until it was all out, so I could listen to an ALBUM. It took a lot of self control but man it was well worth it.
Also, best heard through headphones. :thumbsup:

Maiden has been my favorite band since 89 and I love all of their albums, but parts of their last few albums had to grow on me. This new one automatically kicked my ass straight through. I can only speak for myself, of course.
Couldn't agree more with you about the fact that you have to listen to an album as a total. Parts of it will never give the feeling that you have when you listen to it all. It's like watching a movie with the best part only for vieuwing.
I have to say, if I wasn't reminded at the releasing, I would have totally forgotten them ... kinda get out of my heart when Bruce left, for his solo albums, sometimes they snuck back but never for long. But i'm listening to them a lot longer then you, I was actually surprised that I know them from '81. 12 years old but with striped black and white pants, even leather spike belt and spiked gloves (still have to say thx to di' Anno for this) ... few months later kicked out of school for "rebelling". Brings back many, many, many memories
