Welshchick Gallery

Folks: I didn't post anything that was not publicly available and accessible. welshchick published her MSN ID here (it's still in her FOs profile) and all anyone had to do was read her MSN profile where she posted her blog's page and her Photobucket pics/link, etc. Same thing goes for 001. His welshchick gallery link is tied to a Photobucket accout, and all one has to do is click around to see all the other pics he's hosted there. This is NOT rocket science.

If you post a photo album online and share your ID with +/-14,000 people on a hugely popular and well-trafficked message board, plus have a thread devoted solely to you which is bumped over and over by buddies, what sort of reasonable expectation of privacy is there, after all? Sending a picture of yourself to someone via PM or IM is one thing, and confidences are to be respected and never betrayed, but having entire galleries floating around online entitles anyone to see them and link to them.

I will have to disagree with you. It is not because you see a gallery of someone online (in this particular case welschchick) that it entitles you to post his or her gallery unless you have a written permission not an oral permission. Another thing it was probably against her will to post these galleries and she didn't ask you to do that as far as I know. Don't give me the argument because it is online I can post it, no and no:nono:.
For me when you don't have a written permission to post pics of someone you don't have to post them.
But that is my personal opinion :2 cents:

If I go to a porn star's website and am able to see some of the galleries that does not give me permission to take that gallery and post it elsewhere....and just because she has it in her MSN profile doesn't mean that she wants her personal information and pictures on here unless she puts them on her herself. I can't believe that you would do something like this to someone as nice as Leah.

This "debate" is becoming asinine and absurd. welshchick and I have already spoken about this. If she has posted something on the Haven board contrary to what she and I discussed, then apparently she has changed her mind since last speaking with me. As I stated before, I did nothing with ill intentions and if she wants the links to her online-published pics removed, then all she has to do is ask and it'd take a mod 30 seconds to clear them here. Of course, she would also need to go into her FreeOnes profile and remove her MSN info., etc as well. Scratch that, I'll request that the links be removed to appease people. They were just three pictures which I felt were flattering to her and since her thread here is popular, I thought people would enjoy the pics like the 20+ other pics she has here posted by 001 in his gallery.

For what it's worth, I DO apologize for posting her links. Apparently she no longer wants them here and prefers them posted elsewhere.

I don't know what a haven is... and it doesn't fall into my responsibilities.

If I get a PM asking them to be removed, clearly I will. But, as I stated, I have not (yet) and there is no problem that has been told to me directly - in fact the opposite.
