Webcam Programs

I am just wondering if anyone can tell me of any programs out there being used for webcam shows, the names and where I can find them?

I'm looking for the programs that I can install into my server.

I want to know this too... we had a cam network for years at Premium Link Upgrade but it still uses windows media, which as you can guess is really out dated. There are other networks, but we have been looking for a small solution ourselves, but with no luck...
